目的:探讨SEGUE量表如何在临床案例教学中发现问题、具体指导医患沟通理念和能力的培养。方法对北京大学第三医院8名带教医师和46名医学生就SEGUE量表准备工作、信息收集、信息给予、理解患者和结束问诊五个维度25项内容进行问卷调查,并进行个别访谈。结果医患沟通时信息收集和理解患者做的不错;主动积极地给予患者反馈,并在结束前询问一句有无没有说的问题是目前最欠缺的。结论 SEGUE量表与案例教学法过程一致,易学易记;同时,这也是沟通理念和方法的双重培训,意义重大,值得大力推广,发挥更大的作用。

ObjectiveTo investigate the SEGUE framework how to find problems and train the ability of doctor-patient communication speciifcally in case-based learning.Methods The Peking University Third Hospital 8 teaching physicians and 46 medical students on the SEGUE framework Set the stage, Elicit information , Give information, Understand the patient’s perpective and end the encounter of ifve dimensions and 25 items of inquisition questionnaire survey and individual interview.Results Doctor-patient communication information collection and understand the patient’s perpective is doing well, actively give feedback to the patient, and ask “Have any other question” in the end is most lacking.Conclusion The SEGUE framework and the case-based learning process is consistent, easy to remember. At the same time, the dual training, this is also the idea and the method of communication is of great signiifcance, it is worth to popularize and will play a greater role.
