经皮椎体成形术（percutaneous vertebroplasty，PVP）和经皮椎体后凸成形术（percutaneous kyphoplasty，PKP）是脊柱微创手术的一种新方法，治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折、椎体内血管瘤、肿瘤等具有很好的临床效果，就其临床技术应用及发展方向进行综述。
經皮椎體成形術（percutaneous vertebroplasty，PVP）和經皮椎體後凸成形術（percutaneous kyphoplasty，PKP）是脊柱微創手術的一種新方法，治療骨質疏鬆性椎體壓縮骨摺、椎體內血管瘤、腫瘤等具有很好的臨床效果，就其臨床技術應用及髮展方嚮進行綜述。
