目的:研究颌面部放射治疗后牙体放射性龋坏的预防与治疗。方法选择53例患龋病患者269颗患牙,分为两组,实验组26例患者颌面部放射治疗后一年,龋坏牙数136颗,接受口腔卫生宣教,牙周洁治,牙面进行酪蛋白磷酸多肽钙磷复合体和氟化物局部涂布,3个月复诊1次,根据菌斑指数情况行超声波龈上洁治术,口服生津中药6个月,充填已发生龋坏。对照组患者27例未经放疗,龋坏牙数133颗,洁治术后对龋坏牙齿进行牙体充填治疗,观察随访12个月后两组患者患龋率和继发龋发生率。结果实验组患者患龋率32.00%,对照组患龋率33.33%,差别无统计学意义(P>0.05),实验组患者继发龋发生率9.84%,对照组患者继发龋发生率9.77%,差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用序列治疗方法可以有效的预防和治疗放射性龋坏。

목적:연구합면부방사치료후아체방사성우배적예방여치료。방법선택53례환우병환자269과환아,분위량조,실험조26례환자합면부방사치료후일년,우배아수136과,접수구강위생선교,아주길치,아면진행락단백린산다태개린복합체화불화물국부도포,3개월복진1차,근거균반지수정황행초성파간상길치술,구복생진중약6개월,충전이발생우배。대조조환자27례미경방료,우배아수133과,길치술후대우배아치진행아체충전치료,관찰수방12개월후량조환자환우솔화계발우발생솔。결과실험조환자환우솔32.00%,대조조환우솔33.33%,차별무통계학의의(P>0.05),실험조환자계발우발생솔9.84%,대조조환자계발우발생솔9.77%,차별무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론채용서렬치료방법가이유효적예방화치료방사성우배。
ObjectiveStudy of prevention and treatment of radioactive caries after maxillofacial radiotherapy. Methods53 cases of patients with 269 dental caries were enrolled and divided into two groups, the maxillofacial radiotherapy group enrolled in 26 cases of patients with 136 dental caries, these patients and caries were given oral health instruction, supragingival scaling, all the teeth were coated by tooth mousse and fluoride. Patients took traditional Chinese medicine to increase salivation. 3 months review, decided to periodontal scaling or iflling if possible. The other enrolled in 27 cases without maxillofacial radiotherapy, these patients were given supragingival scaling and 133 caries teeth were iflled by Light cured composite resin. To observe the rate of the dental caries and secondary caries after 1 year.Results The Caries prevalence rate of maxillofacial radiotherapy group and control group was 9.84% and 9.77%, showed no statistical signiifcance( P>0.05). The secondary caries rate of experimental group and control group was 32.00% and 33.33%, showed no statistical significance ( P>0.05) .ConclusionSerial therapy can be effective in the prevention and treatment of radioactive decay.
