目的：探讨外周静脉置入中心静脉导管（PICC）在肿瘤护理中的临床应用价值与效果。方法将我院收治的60例肿瘤患者作为研究对象，采取PICC置管术进行临床治疗。对60患者病例进行分析，并总结出PICC在肿瘤护理中的临床效果。结果 PICC在60例肿瘤患者护理的临床应用中有效率为83.33%，显著高于治疗前有效率63.33%，前后对比差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；采用PICC置管术进行护理干预后的感染率为6.67%，显著低于治疗前感染率26.67%，前后对比差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。PICC在肿瘤患者护理的临床应用不仅具有很高的置管成功率，还能有效降低患者的病痛症状，减少术后各种并发症的发生率。结论在当前肿瘤疾病的临床护理中，PICC置管术具有操作简单、使用方便、安全等特点，在护理中应用能取得显著的护理效果。由此可见，PICC置管术在肿瘤护理中具有十分广阔的应用前景。

Objective To explore the peripheral vein in central venous catheter (PICC) in the nursing of tumor and the clinical application value the effect. Methods 60 patients with tumours to our hospital as the research object, take the PICC tube insertion.we for clinical treatment. Analysis of 60 cases of patients, and summarize the clinical effect of usm in cancer care. Results PICC In 60 cases of tumor patient care in the clinical application of effective rate was 83.33%, signiifcantly higher than that before treatment effective rate was 63.33%, compared before and after the difference is statistically signiifcant(P<0.05);Using PICC tube insertion.we nursing intervention after infection rate was 6.67%, signiifcantly lower than before treatment infection rate 26.67%, before and after contrast difference is statistically signiifcant (P<0.05). The clinical application of PICC in tumor patient care, not only has a high success rate of catheter, can effectively reduce the patient’spain symptoms. Conclusion In the current of tumor diseases in clinical nursing, PICC tube insertion.we possesses the characteristics of simple operation, Thus, PICC tube insertion.we in cancer care has the very broad application prospects.
