目的：分析与研究应用高粘接材料Pulpdent Embrace TM固定保存治疗后牙纵折的效果。方法对我院2009年1月～2013年12月收治的50例后牙纵折患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，50例患者均应用早期牙体预备粘结固定，开窗临时冠保护固定，根管治疗后用冠核材料充填髓腔，全冠修复。结果50例患者中50颗纵折后牙成功92%，失败8%。结论早期严密消除裂隙和高粘结固定保护牙冠对保存治疗纵裂后牙有重要意义。

목적：분석여연구응용고점접재료Pulpdent Embrace TM고정보존치료후아종절적효과。방법대아원2009년1월～2013년12월수치적50례후아종절환자적림상자료진행회고성분석，50례환자균응용조기아체예비점결고정，개창림시관보호고정，근관치료후용관핵재료충전수강，전관수복。결과50례환자중50과종절후아성공92%，실패8%。결론조기엄밀소제렬극화고점결고정보호아관대보존치료종렬후아유중요의의。
Objective To analyze and research application high adhesive material Pulpdent EmbraceTM ifxed save the effect of vertical tooth fracture after treatment. Methods In our hospital during January 2009-December 2013, 50 cases of vertical tooth fracture after the patient's clinical data were retrospectively analyzed, 50 cases were applied early tooth preparation bonding ifxed, ifxed window temporary crown protection, after root canal therapy with nuclear material iflling medullary cavity, full crown restoration. Results In 50 cases 50 longitudinal fold after tooth success 92%, 8%failed. Conclusion Early closely to eliminate cracks and high adhesive ifxed protection crowns after treatment of longitudinal crack on the tooth has important signiifcance.
