目的：通过对粉尘作业工人的职业健康体检结果进行分析，探讨职业病相关危害因素。方法对某单位接触煤尘作业的240例工人的职业健康体检资料进行回顾性分析。结果体检项目均表现异常的总检出率为22.08%，有疑似职业病的检出率为7.08%。结论粉尘对人体健康有很大危害，需加强防治措施。

Objective By the analysis of occupational health examination results dust-exposed workers, and to explore related occupational hazards. Methods Select a unit of dust exposure of workers to work 240 cases of occupational health examination data were analyzed retrospectively. Results Each medical projects showed abnormal detection rate of 23.33% of the total, there are occupational disease was detected in 7.08%.In Conclusion Dust great harm to human health, the need to strengthen prevention measures.
