目的：重点探索在黄褐斑患者中采用光子嫩肤技术进行治疗的效果。方法选取的研究对象是2011年1月～2013年12月在我院接受治疗的160例黄褐斑患者，将患者随机分成两组，给予对照组和观察组不同的治疗方法，对比疗效。结果对照组的治疗总有效率仅为76.25%，观察组的治疗总有效率可达98.75%，观察组的疗效显著高于对照组。结论在黄褐斑患者中采用光子嫩肤技术进行治疗的总有效率高，疗效较好，患者易于接受。
목적：중점탐색재황갈반환자중채용광자눈부기술진행치료적효과。방법선취적연구대상시2011년1월～2013년12월재아원접수치료적160례황갈반환자，장환자수궤분성량조，급여대조조화관찰조불동적치료방법，대비료효。결과대조조적치료총유효솔부위76.25%，관찰조적치료총유효솔가체98.75%，관찰조적료효현저고우대조조。결론재황갈반환자중채용광자눈부기술진행치료적총유효솔고，료효교호，환자역우접수。
Objective To explore the use of IPL technology focus in patients with melasma treatment effect. Methods The study was early January 2011 to the end of December 2013 in our hospital treated 160 cases of melasma patients, the patients were randomly divided into two groups, given different treatment methods, comparison of the efficacy of the control group and the observation group. Results The total effective rate of the control group was only 76.25%, treatment observation group total efficiency of up to 98.75%, the therapeutic effect of the observation group was significantly higher than optimal. Conclusion IPL technology in the treatment of patients with melasma total effective rate, good effect, patients are easy to accept.
