Drug-induced glaucoma include secondary open-angle glaucoma or angle-closure glaucoma which were induced by patient's administering drugs locally or systematisally. In order to enhance physician's understanding this eye disease,and notice them to pay attention to the adverse-reaction of drugs,so that prevent drug-induced glaucoma occurence,authors review the related issures about common drugs inducing glaucoma,their action mechanism,as well as the prevention & treatment of drug-induced glaucoma in this paper.
