The biological basis of cyclic endurance sports is the energy supply and utilization in various exercises .With the expansion of metabolic knowledge in sports ,agreement on the im‐portance of aerobic training in cyclic endurance sports is gradually reached ,and more emphasis is put on the anaerobic training .Aerobic training is primarily performed in form of low intensi‐ty continuous training ,while the high intensity interval training attracts more attention in anae‐robic training .
