目的:探讨住院患者陪护人员培训管理模式,以规范陪护管理,提升病区服务质量。方法成立陪护培训管理中心,统一制定及实施各项制度,注重人员的陪护素质及技能培训,定期进行护士长及患者的满意度调查。结果护士长及患者的满意度与前期比较明显提升,持续增加(P<0.05)。结论实施陪护培训管理新模式后,进一步提高了病房管理水平和服务质量。

목적:탐토주원환자배호인원배훈관리모식,이규범배호관리,제승병구복무질량。방법성립배호배훈관리중심,통일제정급실시각항제도,주중인원적배호소질급기능배훈,정기진행호사장급환자적만의도조사。결과호사장급환자적만의도여전기비교명현제승,지속증가(P<0.05)。결론실시배호배훈관리신모식후,진일보제고료병방관리수평화복무질량。
Objective To explore the mode of training & managing the personnel to stay and nurse hospitalized patients,and to standardize the train & management,so that lift service quality for ward. Methods To set up train & management center,unify formulation and implementation of the system and pay attention to quality and skills training. The head nurse and the patient's satisfaction survey was taken on a regular basis. Results The head nurse and the patient's satisfaction had a obvious improvement compared with the previous satisfaction. Satisfaction difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion After implementing the new training management mode,the ward management level and service quality have a further improvement.
