当前中低压电网改造工程造价管理存在诸多问题,造成改造过程中资源资金的浪费,采用全寿命周期造价管理可有效解决这些问题。基于全寿命周期造价管理的理论来源和意义,通过与简单的概预算控制造价、全过程工程造价管理特点的对比,结合ERP系统的特点,中低压电网改造工程实行全寿命周期造价管理是必要的和可行的。

Currently there are a lot of problems existing in the cost management of mesolow power grid renovation engi?neering, which causes the waste of resources and funds in the process of reconstruction, while the adoption of the Whole Life Cycle cost management can effectively solve these problems. Based on the theoretical source and significance of the Whole Life Cycle cost management, comparing with the characteristics of simple preliminary budget control of cost and the overall process engineering cost management, and then combining with the features of ERP system ,we can predict that the Whole Life Cycle cost management is necessary and feasible in mesolow power grid reconstruction project.
