目的：探讨梯形式升降电压法在体外冲击波碎石中的碎石效果。方法对47例泌尿系结石患者在行体外冲击波碎石治疗时运用梯形式升降电压三步法进行碎石治疗。结果本组患者体外冲击波碎石治疗显效率为72．3％，总有效率为87．2％。结论在体外冲击波碎石术中应用梯形式升降电压法碎石效果显著，可促进结石排出。
목적：탐토제형식승강전압법재체외충격파쇄석중적쇄석효과。방법대47례비뇨계결석환자재행체외충격파쇄석치료시운용제형식승강전압삼보법진행쇄석치료。결과본조환자체외충격파쇄석치료현효솔위72．3％，총유효솔위87．2％。결론재체외충격파쇄석술중응용제형식승강전압법쇄석효과현저，가촉진결석배출。
Objective To explore the lithotriptic effect of ladder lifting voltage method in extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL ) . Methods ESWLs were conducted using three‐step ladder lifting voltage method in 47 urinary stone patients .Results Obvious and total effective rate of the patients were respective‐ly 72 .3% and 87 .2% .Conclusion Ladder lifting voltage method in ESWL has an evident lithotriptic effect and could promote lithecbole .
