目的：建立地佐辛含量测定的反相高效液相色谱法（RP-HPLC）。方法：色谱柱为SHIMADZV VP-ODS （250 mm ×4.6 mm；5μm），流动相为乙腈-三乙胺溶液（20∶80），检测波长：281 nm ，流速：1.0 mL/min ，柱温：30℃，进样量：20μL。结果：地佐辛在0.05～0.30 mg/mL范围内线性关系良好，r =1.0000；平均回收率为100.2%（RSD =1.0%）。结论：该法操作简便、结果准确，可以用于地佐辛的定量分析。

목적：건입지좌신함량측정적반상고효액상색보법（RP-HPLC）。방법：색보주위SHIMADZV VP-ODS （250 mm ×4.6 mm；5μm），류동상위을정-삼을알용액（20∶80），검측파장：281 nm ，류속：1.0 mL/min ，주온：30℃，진양량：20μL。결과：지좌신재0.05～0.30 mg/mL범위내선성관계량호，r =1.0000；평균회수솔위100.2%（RSD =1.0%）。결론：해법조작간편、결과준학，가이용우지좌신적정량분석。
Objective: To establish a method for the content determination of dezocine by reversed phase high-performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) method. Methods: SHIMADZV VP-ODS (250 mm × 4.6 mm;5 μm ) column was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile three triethylamine solution ( 20∶80 ) , the detection wavelength was at 281 nm , the flow rate was 1 mL/min , the column temperature was at 30 ℃, and the sample size was 20 μL. Results: A good linear relationship of dezocine was within the range of 0.05 ~ 0.30 mg/mL (r =1.000 0),the average recovery rate was 100.2% (RSD = 1.0%). Conclusion: The method is simple and accu-rate , and can be used for quantitative analysis of dezocine .
