目的:探讨黄芩等4种中药对广泛耐药铜绿假单胞菌的抑菌作用。方法:采用中药抗菌试验试管法测定药物的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果:黄芩、连翘、黄连、金银花对30株广泛耐药铜绿假单胞菌有不同程度的体外抑菌作用, MIC均值分别为475.00,345.83,60.94,379.17 mg/mL ,与标准菌株ATCC27853的MIC相近。其中黄连的抑菌作用最强。结论:4种中草药对30株广泛耐药铜绿假单胞菌均有不同程度的抑菌作用,本地与外地收集的菌株,抑菌作用无显著性差异(P >0.05)。

목적:탐토황금등4충중약대엄범내약동록가단포균적억균작용。방법:채용중약항균시험시관법측정약물적최저억균농도(MIC)。결과:황금、련교、황련、금은화대30주엄범내약동록가단포균유불동정도적체외억균작용, MIC균치분별위475.00,345.83,60.94,379.17 mg/mL ,여표준균주ATCC27853적MIC상근。기중황련적억균작용최강。결론:4충중초약대30주엄범내약동록가단포균균유불동정도적억균작용,본지여외지수집적균주,억균작용무현저성차이(P >0.05)。
Objective:To evaluate bacteriostatic effects of four kinds of Chinese herbal medicines , including baicalin , on the extensively drug-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa . Methods: The antibacterial medicine test tube method for TCM was adopted to determine the minimum inhibitory concentration ( MIC ) of the tested drug . Re-sults:Scutellaria , Forsythia , Coptis and Honeysuckle showed a different degree of bacteriostatic effect in vitro an-tibacterial test on 30 strains of extensively drug-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa . The MIC mean value was 475 . 00 , 345 . 83 , 60 . 94 and 379 . 17 mg/mL respectively , which was similar to the MIC of the standard strain ATCC27853 , and Coptis chinensis showed the strongest inhibitory effect . Conclusion: Four kinds of Chinese herbal medicines had different antibacterial effects on 30 strains of extensively drug-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa , and there was no significant difference of bacteriostasis ( P > 0 . 05 ) between the strains collected locally and from other places .
