目的：调查“遵医嘱”在药品说明书用法用量中的应用情况，促进药品的规范管理。方法：收集2371份药品说明书，按照药物作用类型分为14类，统计出“遵医嘱”在药品说明书中用法用量下的应用情况。同时考察18种临床常用药品的说明书在这方面的情况。结果：各大类药品说明书中均不同程度存在着“遵医嘱”的情况，除抗肿瘤药物和影响免疫功能药物之外，出现比例为10%～30%；临床常用药品中抗感染药品和心血管系统疾病药品说明书中“遵医嘱”出现比例较高。结论：药品说明书中“遵医嘱”出现比例与药品的临床研究细致程度存在一定的反比关系，即临床研究细致程度越高、数据越详细，“遵医嘱”出现比例越低。
목적：조사“준의촉”재약품설명서용법용량중적응용정황，촉진약품적규범관리。방법：수집2371빈약품설명서，안조약물작용류형분위14류，통계출“준의촉”재약품설명서중용법용량하적응용정황。동시고찰18충림상상용약품적설명서재저방면적정황。결과：각대류약품설명서중균불동정도존재착“준의촉”적정황，제항종류약물화영향면역공능약물지외，출현비례위10%～30%；림상상용약품중항감염약품화심혈관계통질병약품설명서중“준의촉”출현비례교고。결론：약품설명서중“준의촉”출현비례여약품적림상연구세치정도존재일정적반비관계，즉림상연구세치정도월고、수거월상세，“준의촉”출현비례월저。
Objective: To investigate the application of “follow doctor ’ s advice” stated in drug instructions so as to promote the proper use of drugs . Methods: About 2 371 pieces of drug instructions were collected and they were divided into 14 groups according to the drug effects. Analysis was made on the application of “follow doctor’s advice” stated in drug instructions . At the same time , the above mentioned situation in the instructions of 18 com-monly used drugs were studied . Results: The requirements of “follow doctor ’ s advice” appeared in the drug in-structions of each key category of drugs . The statement appearance rate was 10% ~ 30% in addition to anti-tumor and affecting immune function drugs . Among the commonly used drugs , the statement of “follow doctor ’ s advice”appeared in the most instructions of anti-infection and cardiovascular drugs . Conclusion: There was a reverse rela-tionship between the frequent appearance rate of “follow doctor ’ s advice” in drug instructions and the depth of clinic research on drugs , that is , the deeper clinical research was made with more detailed data , the less appear-ance of “follow doctor ’ s advice”there was in the said drug instructions .
