目的:探讨α-硫辛酸(ALA)对2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者尿转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)排泄的影响及意义。方法以酶联免疫吸附法( ELISA)测定T2DM患者和健康成人尿TGF-β1水平,糖尿病患者常规降糖治疗基础上口服ALA 6个月,比较治疗前后患者尿 TGF-β1水平变化。结果 T2 DM 患者空腹血糖( FPG )、餐后2 h 血糖( PPG )、糖化血红蛋白 A1 c (HbA1c)、尿白蛋白肌酐比及尿TGF-β1均明显高于健康对照组(P<0.05);T2DM患者加用ALA治疗6个月后,尿TGF-β1排泄明显降低(P<0.05);糖尿病患者尿 TGF-β1排泄变化与尿清蛋白排泄变化正相关,与 FPG、PPG、HbA1c变化无相关。结论 ALA对T2DM患者具有肾脏保护作用,其机制部分可能与降低尿TGF-β1排泄相关。

목적:탐토α-류신산(ALA)대2형당뇨병(T2DM)환자뇨전화생장인자-β1(TGF-β1)배설적영향급의의。방법이매련면역흡부법( ELISA)측정T2DM환자화건강성인뇨TGF-β1수평,당뇨병환자상규강당치료기출상구복ALA 6개월,비교치료전후환자뇨 TGF-β1수평변화。결과 T2 DM 환자공복혈당( FPG )、찬후2 h 혈당( PPG )、당화혈홍단백 A1 c (HbA1c)、뇨백단백기항비급뇨TGF-β1균명현고우건강대조조(P<0.05);T2DM환자가용ALA치료6개월후,뇨TGF-β1배설명현강저(P<0.05);당뇨병환자뇨 TGF-β1배설변화여뇨청단백배설변화정상관,여 FPG、PPG、HbA1c변화무상관。결론 ALA대T2DM환자구유신장보호작용,기궤제부분가능여강저뇨TGF-β1배설상관。
Objective To investigate the effect and significance of alpha-lipoic acid ( ALA) on the urinary transforming growth fac-tor beta-1 ( TGF-β1) excretion in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods We measured the level of urinary TGF-β1 excretion a-mong 34 patients with T2DM and 30 normal subjects using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay( ELISA) .All patients were given oral therapy with ALA for six months.After therapy, the level of urinary TGF-β1 excretion was examined once again.Results Compared with the nor-mal control subjects, the levels of FPG, PPG, HbA1c and the levels urinary albumin and urinary TGF-β1 excretion of patients with T2DM increased significantly ( P<0.05);after six months of added oral ALA therapy, both of the levels of urinary albumin and urina-ry TGF-β1 excretion had a remarkable decrease(P<0.05), but not in FPG, PPG, HbA1c; urinary TGF-β1 excretion in diabetics had a significant positive relationship with urinary albumin excretion, but not with FBG, PPG and HbA1 c.Conclusion ALA has reno-protective effect in patients with T2DM, and the renoprotective mechanism may be partly due to the reduction of the urinary TGF-β1 excretion.
