城市地下管线作为现代关键性公共基础设施，随着城市建设的发展，铺设地域范围越来越广、种类越来越多、间距越来越密。如何管好“地下世界”是每一个城市管理者都需要面对的重要课题。以石家庄市地下管线现状调查与对策研究为例，重点介绍了课题研究方法、技术路线和实施过程，并结合报告内容分析了课题组织和编排，以期对同行有所借鉴。

Urban underground pipelines ,as the modern critical public infrastructure ,with the development of urban construction,has been laid increasingly wide range ,variety,more and more dense spacing.How to manage the "under-ground world"is an important issue for each city manager to face .In this paper ,the investigation and countermeasure re-search on underground pipelines in Shijiazhuang city , for example , focuses on the research method , technical route and implementation process ,combined with the contents of the report analyzes the organization and presentation of the subject in order to provide references for peers .
