简要介绍了武汉市测绘研究院目前的基本情况及主要发展历程，总结了“十二五”期间院实现的发展战略目标。分析了在当前我国经济社会发展处于转型升级背景下，测绘院面临的外部环境和内部管理的双重压力。为应对我国社会经济中高速发展新常态下的挑战和抓住改革带来的机遇，与专业管理咨询公司共同完成了院中长期发展战略规划，阐述了“十三五”期间院发展战略的目标，明确了下一步发展思路，以科技创新促进战略发展目标的实现。

This paper briefly introduces the current situation and the main development course of Wuhan Geomatics Institute.With undergoing transformation and upgrading on economic and social development in China , the author ana-lyze the double pressure of external environment and internal management .To adapt to the new normal situation of eco-nomic development and seize the opportunities of reform , the medium and long-term development strategy planning of Wuhan Geomatics Institute has been completed with the help of a professional management consulting company .The au-thor elaborated the goal of development strategy in China's 13th Five-Year Plan period , reflection on development strat-egy and how to reach the goal by promoting technology innovation step by step .
