目的:对医院管理学教学中采用PBL教学法实施效果进行评价。方法蚌埠医学院2012级卫生管理系1班和2班学生分别纳入试验组(56人)和对照组(58人)。试验组采用PBL教学法,对照组采用传统教学法,通过学生访谈、问卷调查和理论考核的形式评价教学效果。结果试验组与对照组学生在课堂氛围、理论运用能力、沟通表达能力、自主学习能力、理论考核成绩等方面的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组期末考核成绩高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 PBL教学法有利于活跃课堂氛围,提高学生自主学习能力,教学效果显著。

Objective To evaluate the effect of PBL teaching methods applied in the course of hospital management.Methods The students of the Health Management Department of Bengbu Medical College, who were enrolled in 2012, were divided into two group.Class 1 of 56 students was conducted in the experiment group, which was taught by problem based learning method.Class 2 of 58 students was con-ducted in the control group, which was applied traditional teaching method.The teaching effect was evaluated by questionnaire survey, student interviews and comparison of examination scores.Results The survey showed that the study atmosphere, students'ability in commu-nication, self-teaching, expression, information-acquisition, problem-solving, study time used and the course satisfaction in the experiment group were higher than those of the control group ( P<0.05).The final examination score of the experimental group was obviously higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusions PBL teaching method can enhance students'ability of settling problems in practice, but it can not replace the function of traditional teaching.
