目的研究肾癌组织(RCC)中EGFL7蛋白的表达及微血管密度(microvessel density ,MVD),探讨EGFL7及M VD与肾癌生物学特征的内在联系。方法应用免疫组化S‐P法,对63例肾癌及6例正常肾组织中EGFL7进行检测,同时应用凝血因子Ⅷ抗体对肾癌组织中微血管进行染色,结合 Meta‐ Morph显微荧光图像分析系统测定并分析63例肾癌中M VD及其与EGFL7和肾癌的病理分期、临床分级之间的关系。结果 EGFL7在正常肾组织呈阴性表达,在肾癌组织中呈不同程度的阳性表达,且过表达率在不同病理分级、临床分期组间有显著性差异( P <0.05)。MVD值在肾癌组织中不同病理分级、临床分期组间有显著性差异( P <0.05)。结论 EGFL7和M VD在肾癌组织中表达与肿瘤病理分级及临床分期密切相关,EGFL7在肾癌浸润转移过程中起重要作用。

목적연구신암조직(RCC)중EGFL7단백적표체급미혈관밀도(microvessel density ,MVD),탐토EGFL7급M VD여신암생물학특정적내재련계。방법응용면역조화S‐P법,대63례신암급6례정상신조직중EGFL7진행검측,동시응용응혈인자Ⅷ항체대신암조직중미혈관진행염색,결합 Meta‐ Morph현미형광도상분석계통측정병분석63례신암중M VD급기여EGFL7화신암적병리분기、림상분급지간적관계。결과 EGFL7재정상신조직정음성표체,재신암조직중정불동정도적양성표체,차과표체솔재불동병리분급、림상분기조간유현저성차이( P <0.05)。MVD치재신암조직중불동병리분급、림상분기조간유현저성차이( P <0.05)。결론 EGFL7화M VD재신암조직중표체여종류병리분급급림상분기밀절상관,EGFL7재신암침윤전이과정중기중요작용。
[Objective]To evaluate the expression of EGFL7 and microvessel density (MVD) in renal cell carcinoma (RCC) .[Methods]The expression of EGFL7 was detected by SP immuno‐histochemical technique in 63 RCC and 6 cases of normal renal tissue .Meanwhile the levels of MVD were evaluated for RCC .And dif‐ferent pathologic periods ,grade factors of RCC and the relationship of EGFL7 and MVD were analyzed .[Re‐sults]All normal renal cells were negatively stained .The positive expression of EGFL7 in tumor cells closely correlated with different pathological grades and clinical stages ( P < 0 .05) .The levels of MVD varied be‐tween different pathological grades and clinical stages ( P<0 .05) .[Conclusion]The expression of EGFL7 and MVD value are closely correlated with biological behaviors of RCC and play important roles in the process of invasiveness and metastasis .
