目的:探讨EGFR及K-ras蛋白在大肠息肉中的表达及临床意义。方法免疫组化法检测大肠息肉及大肠癌组织EGFR和K-ras的蛋白表达。总结大肠息肉组中EGFR和K-ras蛋白表达与临床参数的关系,并分析两种蛋白表达的相关性。结果大肠腺瘤性息肉及大肠癌组的EGFR蛋白阳性表达率分别为64.29%与62.61%,均高于大肠非腺瘤性息肉组的32.00%(P<0.05);大肠腺瘤性息肉组的K-ras蛋白阳性表达率为78.57%,高于大肠非腺瘤性息肉及大肠癌组的36.00%及46.09%( P<0.05)。两种蛋白表达在组织学分型方面比较有差异(P<0.05),而在性别、年龄、息肉数量及部位方面比较无差异。在大肠息肉中EGFR与K-ras蛋白表达呈显著正相关(r=0.444,P<0.005)。结论 EGFR及K-ras蛋白在大肠腺瘤性息肉中有一定表达;二者的表达升高可能与大肠腺瘤性息肉的发生与恶性转化有一定关系;二者在大肠息肉的发生发展中有协同作用。

목적:탐토EGFR급K-ras단백재대장식육중적표체급림상의의。방법면역조화법검측대장식육급대장암조직EGFR화K-ras적단백표체。총결대장식육조중EGFR화K-ras단백표체여림상삼수적관계,병분석량충단백표체적상관성。결과대장선류성식육급대장암조적EGFR단백양성표체솔분별위64.29%여62.61%,균고우대장비선류성식육조적32.00%(P<0.05);대장선류성식육조적K-ras단백양성표체솔위78.57%,고우대장비선류성식육급대장암조적36.00%급46.09%( P<0.05)。량충단백표체재조직학분형방면비교유차이(P<0.05),이재성별、년령、식육수량급부위방면비교무차이。재대장식육중EGFR여K-ras단백표체정현저정상관(r=0.444,P<0.005)。결론 EGFR급K-ras단백재대장선류성식육중유일정표체;이자적표체승고가능여대장선류성식육적발생여악성전화유일정관계;이자재대장식육적발생발전중유협동작용。
Objective To explore the expressions and significance of EGFR and K-ras protein in colorectal polyps.Meth-ods EGFR and K-ras protein expressions in colorectal polyps and colorectal cancer were detected by immunohistochemis-try.Results The positive expression rates of EGFR in colorectal adenomatous polyp group and colorectal cancer group were 64.29%and 62.61%respectively.They were higher than that at colorectal non-adenomatous polyp group Both of them being 32.00%(P<0.05);The positive expression rate of K-ras in colorectal adenomatous polyp group was 78.57%.It was higher than those of colorectal non-adenomatous polyp group 36.00% and colorectal cancer group 46.09%( P<0.05).EGFR and K-ras protein expressions existed statistic difference in colorectal polyp histopathology (P<0.05), but there were no statistic significance in sex, age, number and site of colorectal polyp.The expressions of these two pro-teins in colorectal polyp group showed a significant positive correlation (r=0.444,P<0.005).Conclusion A certain level of expression of EGFR and K-ras protein exists in the colorectal adenomatous polyps.The increased expression of the two proteins may be related to the occurance and malignant transformation of colorectal adenomatous polyps; The two proteins play a synergistic role in the occurrence and progrusssim of colorectal polyps.
