目的探讨宫颈鳞癌(SCC)中巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(MIF)、金属蛋白酶‐9(MMP‐9)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达及意义。方法选择SCC组织标本51份(SCC组)、宫颈上皮内瘤样病变(CIN)标本41份(CIN组),正常宫颈组织(NCE)标本32份(NCE组),采用免疫组化SP法检测各组MIF 、MMP‐9和VEGF的表达并比较分析。结果 NCE组、CIN组、SCC组MIF、MMP‐9、VEGF阳性率及微血管密度(MVD)值依次升高,组间比较有统计学差异( P <0.05),且SCC组显著高于CIN组、NCE组;MIF、MMP‐9和VEGF在SCC组织中的阳性表达均与组织分化程度、有无淋巴结转移、临床分期有关( P <0.05);MIF、MMP‐9和VEGF阳性表达的M VD值与SCC临床分期、分化程度、淋巴结转移显著相关( P <0.05);在SCC中M IF和M M P‐9的表达呈显著正相关( P <0.05),而VEGF和MIF、MMP‐9的表达无相关性( P >0.05)。结论 MIF、MMP‐9和 VEGF在SCC的发生、发展、浸润及转移中起重要作用;SCC组织学分化越差,MIF、MMP‐9和VEGF阳性表达率及MVD值越高,提示三者联合检测可为评估SCC严重程度。

목적탐토궁경린암(SCC)중거서세포이동억제인자(MIF)、금속단백매‐9(MMP‐9)화혈관내피생장인자(VEGF)적표체급의의。방법선택SCC조직표본51빈(SCC조)、궁경상피내류양병변(CIN)표본41빈(CIN조),정상궁경조직(NCE)표본32빈(NCE조),채용면역조화SP법검측각조MIF 、MMP‐9화VEGF적표체병비교분석。결과 NCE조、CIN조、SCC조MIF、MMP‐9、VEGF양성솔급미혈관밀도(MVD)치의차승고,조간비교유통계학차이( P <0.05),차SCC조현저고우CIN조、NCE조;MIF、MMP‐9화VEGF재SCC조직중적양성표체균여조직분화정도、유무림파결전이、림상분기유관( P <0.05);MIF、MMP‐9화VEGF양성표체적M VD치여SCC림상분기、분화정도、림파결전이현저상관( P <0.05);재SCC중M IF화M M P‐9적표체정현저정상관( P <0.05),이VEGF화MIF、MMP‐9적표체무상관성( P >0.05)。결론 MIF、MMP‐9화 VEGF재SCC적발생、발전、침윤급전이중기중요작용;SCC조직학분화월차,MIF、MMP‐9화VEGF양성표체솔급MVD치월고,제시삼자연합검측가위평고SCC엄중정도。
[Objective] To explore the expression of macrophage migration inhibition factor(MIF) ,metalloprotease‐9 (MMP‐9) and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in squamous carcinoma of the cervix(SCC) .[Methods]A total of 51 SCC samples(SCC group) ,41 cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN) samples(CIN group) and 32 normal cervix (NCE) sample(NCE group) were chosen .The expressions of MIF ,MMP‐9 and VEGF were detected by immunohisto‐chemical SP method ,and compared and analyzed .[Results] The positive rates of MIF ,MMP‐9 and VEGF and MVD value in NCE ,CIN and SCC groups were increased by turns ,and there was significant difference( P<0 .05) ,and those in SCC group were markedly higher than those in CIN and NCE groups .The positive expression rates of MIF ,MMP‐9 and VEGF in SCC group were correlated with histological differentiation ,lymph node metastasis and clinical stage( P<0 .05) .The positive expression rates of MIF ,MMP‐9 and VEGF and MVD value were markedly correlated with clinical stage ,differentiation and lymph node metastasis of SCC( P<0 .05) .The expression of MIF in SCC was markedly corre‐lated with the expression of MMP‐9( P<0 .05) ,but the expression of VEGF was not correlated with the expressions of MIF and MMP‐9( P>0 .05) .[Conclusion]MIF ,MMP‐9 and VEGF may play an important role in the occurrence ,de‐velopment ,infiltration and metastasis of SCC .The poorer the histological differentiation of SCC is ,the higher the expres‐sions of MIP ,MMP‐9 and VEGF and MVD value are .It indicates that the combination detection can evaluate the severity of SCC .
