针对填充墙与框架梁柱及剪力墙砼的连接处是否裂缝,传统的人工检测方法检测时间长,准确率低。提出了一种新的填充墙与框架梁柱及剪力墙砼的连接处裂缝检测方法。本文通过对填充墙与框架梁,柱及剪力墙砼的连接处裂缝的原因分析,提出了裂缝的预防措施,实验结果表明本文方法在检测时间及准确率方面比传统方法有很大提高,应用前景广阔。

On testing cracks in the junctions of the infilled wall and the frame beam or the concrete shear wall,it used to take long testing time and the the accuracy is low for the traditional manual test method,in that case a new test method was proposed in testing the cracks of the junctions of the infilled wall and the frame beam or the concrete shear wall. Through analysis of the reasons causing the cracks of the junctions of the infilled wall and the frame beam, column and the concrete shear wall,the article presents the prevention measures against the cracks. The experimental results show that the method have greatly shortened the detection time and improved the accuracy compared with traditional methods, thus having broad application prospect.
