目的：探讨文拉法辛缓释片联合无抽搐电休克治疗恶劣心境的疗效和安全性。方法将86例恶劣心境患者随机分为两组，均口服文拉法辛缓释片治疗，观察组联合无抽搐电休克治疗，观察6周。于治疗前后采用汉密顿抑郁量表、汉密顿焦虑量表评定临床疗效，副反应量表评定不良反应。结果观察组治疗2周、4周末汉密顿抑郁量表、汉密顿焦虑量表评分显著低于对照组（ P＜0．05或0．01）；治疗6周末观察组总有效率95．3％，对照组为93．0％，两组比较差异无显著性（χ2＝0．21，P＞0．05）。两组不良反应均较轻微。结论文拉法辛缓释片联合无抽搐电休克治疗恶劣心境疗效显著，起效快，安全性高。

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of venlafaxine sustained‐release tablets plus modified electroconvulsive therapy (MECT) in the treatment of dysthymia .Methods Eighty‐six dysthymia patients were randomly divided into two groups both taking orally venlafaxine sustained‐release tablets ,observation group was plus MECT for 6 weeks .Efficacies were assessed with the Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) and Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) before and after treatment and adverse reactions with the Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale (TESS) .Results The HAMD and HAMA scores at the end of the 2nd and 4th week were significantly lower in observation than control group (P< 0 .05 or 0 .01);at the end of the 6th week total effective rate was respectively 95 .3% in observation and 93 .0% in control group ,which showed no significant group difference (χ2 =0 .21 ,P>0 .05) .Adverse reactions of both groups were mild .Conclusion Venlafaxine sustained‐release tablets plus MECT have an evident effect and higher safety and take effect more rapidly in the treatment of dysthymia .
