目的:探讨齐拉西酮与氯氮平对精神分裂症患者心电图和心肌酶的影响。方法将149例精神分裂症患者随机分为两组,A组口服齐拉西酮治疗,B组口服氯氮平治疗,观察8周。于治疗前后检测两组心电图及心肌酶的变化。结果治疗初期A组心电图窦性心动过速、窦性心律不齐、束支阻滞发生率,血清谷草转氨酶、乳酸脱氢酶、肌酸磷酸激酶同工酶异常率及指标异常患者检测值均显著低于B组( P<0.05或0.01);治疗第8周末两组各项指标检测结果比较差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。结论齐拉西酮对精神分裂症患者的心电图、心肌酶的影响显著小于氯氮平,定期检查心电图及心肌酶状况对预防心脏不良事件的发生具有重要意义。

목적:탐토제랍서동여록담평대정신분렬증환자심전도화심기매적영향。방법장149례정신분렬증환자수궤분위량조,A조구복제랍서동치료,B조구복록담평치료,관찰8주。우치료전후검측량조심전도급심기매적변화。결과치료초기A조심전도두성심동과속、두성심률불제、속지조체발생솔,혈청곡초전안매、유산탈경매、기산린산격매동공매이상솔급지표이상환자검측치균현저저우B조( P<0.05혹0.01);치료제8주말량조각항지표검측결과비교차이균무현저성(P>0.05)。결론제랍서동대정신분렬증환자적심전도、심기매적영향현저소우록담평,정기검사심전도급심기매상황대예방심장불량사건적발생구유중요의의。
Objective To explore the effects of ziprasidone vs clozapine on elec‐trocardiogram (ECG) and myocardial enzymes of schizophrenic .Methods A to‐tal of patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into group A taking orally ziprasidone and B did clozapine for 8 weeks .Changes of ECG and myocardial enzymes were detected before and after treatment . Results The incidence of sinus tachycardia ,sinus arrhythmia and bundle branch block ,abnormal rate of SGOT ,LDH and creatine phosphokinase isoenzyme and detection values of patients with abnormal indexes were all significantly lower in group A than B in the early days of treatment (P<0 .05 or 0 .01);there were no significant group differences in detection results of all indexes at the end of the 8th week (P>0 .05) .Conclusion Ziprasidone has significantly smaller influence on ECG and myocardial enzymes of schizophrenic compared with clozapine ,regular ECG examinations and myocardial enzymes detections have an important significance for preventing the development of cardiac adverse events .
