新的课堂教学改革下，面向全体学生，高度尊重学生的个性，把课堂还给学生，充分发挥学生自身的能力和特长，提高学生各方面素质是我们应该倡导的。针对传统班级教学存在的弊端，从教学组织形式改革的角度出发，将“合作”观念引进数学课堂教学，小组合作学习这一新的教学形式将提高课堂教学效果。
