The"order mode"talent training system,based on employment-oriented school-enterprise coop-eration,has found out a point of penetration and breakthrough to make a thorough integration between col-lege students'training and enterprises'demands for employment and a combination of the economic develop-ment.The study aims to grasp the features of this training system,explore the existing problems and put forward effective suggestions to strengthen the college talent training system.
