目的：探讨认知行为治疗对惊恐障碍患者焦虑情绪的影响。方法将60例惊恐障碍患者随机分为两组，均接受精神科常规治疗及护理，研究组在此基础上联合认知行为治疗，观察4周。于治疗前和治疗4周末采用汉密顿焦虑量表评定焦虑情绪。结果治疗4周末两组汉密顿焦虑量表评分均较治疗前显著降低（P＜0．01），研究组显著低于对照组（P＜0．01）。结论认知行为治疗能缓解惊恐障碍患者的焦虑情绪，促进患者早日康复。

Objective To explore the effect of cognitive behavior therapy (CBT ) on anxious emotion of panic disorder (PD) patient .Methods Sixty PD patients were randomly assigned to two groups both receiving psychiatric routine treat‐ment and nursing ,on this basis research group was plus CBT for 4 weeks .Anxious emotions were as‐sessed with the Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) before and after treatment .Results The HAMA scores of both groups lowered more significantly after treatment compared with pretreatment (P<0 .01) ,so did that in research than control group (P<0 .01) .Conclusion CBT could relieve anxious emotions of PD pa‐tients and promote patients’ early rehabilitation .
