目的:了解精神科开放病区新上岗护士的培训及管理效果。方法对精神科开放病区35名新上岗护士的培训及管理现状进行回顾性分析。结果新上岗护士培训后,各项护理满意度显著提高,护理投诉率显著下降;护理考试考核成绩优秀率较培训前显著提高(P<0.01),不合格率较培训前明显下降。结论对新上岗护士进行岗位培训及管理,能显著提高其综合素质和业务能力,迅速实现角色转变。
目的:瞭解精神科開放病區新上崗護士的培訓及管理效果。方法對精神科開放病區35名新上崗護士的培訓及管理現狀進行迴顧性分析。結果新上崗護士培訓後,各項護理滿意度顯著提高,護理投訴率顯著下降;護理攷試攷覈成績優秀率較培訓前顯著提高(P<0.01),不閤格率較培訓前明顯下降。結論對新上崗護士進行崗位培訓及管理,能顯著提高其綜閤素質和業務能力,迅速實現角色轉變。
목적:료해정신과개방병구신상강호사적배훈급관리효과。방법대정신과개방병구35명신상강호사적배훈급관리현상진행회고성분석。결과신상강호사배훈후,각항호리만의도현저제고,호리투소솔현저하강;호리고시고핵성적우수솔교배훈전현저제고(P<0.01),불합격솔교배훈전명현하강。결론대신상강호사진행강위배훈급관리,능현저제고기종합소질화업무능력,신속실현각색전변。
Objective To survey the training and managing results of new nurses in open psychiatric ward . Methods Training and managing current situation were retrospectively analyzed among 35 new nurses in open psychiatric ward .Results After training their satisfactions of all nursing heightened significantly and compliant rate lowered ;excellent rate of nursing examine heightened significantly compared with pre‐training (P<0 .01) and unqualified rate lowered .Con‐clusion Post training and management of new nurses could increase their comprehensive qualities and pro‐fessional proficiency notably and promote role change quickly .
