分析医学模式转换滞后对当前医疗质量、医患关系的影响，提出加快医学模式转换、加强人文医学教育和研究的措施，为尽快提高医护人员医患沟通能力及非医学执业能力提供依据。

Influences of medical model transformation lag on current medicine quality and doctor‐patient relationship are analyzed ,measures to quickening medi‐cal model transformation and enhancing humenitary medical education are put for‐ward in order to improve medical staff doctor‐patient communication ability and non‐medical practice ability as soon as possible .
