目的：探讨临床药师在参与4月龄川崎病患儿治疗方案中的思路和方法。方法结合一例四月龄婴儿川崎病的用药分析，临床药师从药物不良反应、用药监护点分析，针对患儿冠脉损伤，给患儿制定出详细的监护方案。结果患儿于发热第4天使用丙种球蛋白（1 g·kg—1，每天1次），第五日患儿无发热，继续使用丙种球蛋白（1 g·kg—1，每天1次），患儿未再发热，且结膜充血、咽部充血症状明显缓解，患儿对丙种球蛋白治疗有效。结论通过对治疗方案的分析及药学监护，充分发挥临床药师善于从药物治疗作用中发现和解决问题的优势，临床药师可以融入临床治疗团队，为患者提供更好的药学服务。
목적：탐토림상약사재삼여4월령천기병환인치료방안중적사로화방법。방법결합일례사월령영인천기병적용약분석，림상약사종약물불량반응、용약감호점분석，침대환인관맥손상，급환인제정출상세적감호방안。결과환인우발열제4천사용병충구단백（1 g·kg—1，매천1차），제오일환인무발열，계속사용병충구단백（1 g·kg—1，매천1차），환인미재발열，차결막충혈、인부충혈증상명현완해，환인대병충구단백치료유효。결론통과대치료방안적분석급약학감호，충분발휘림상약사선우종약물치료작용중발현화해결문제적우세，림상약사가이융입림상치료단대，위환자제공경호적약학복무。
Pbjective To analyze ideas and methods of clinical pharmacists involved in treatment programs of a infant aged<4 months suffering from Kawasaki disease( KD). Methods Combined with a case of drug analysis of Kawasaki dis-ease in a infant under 4 months,clinical pharmacists from adverse drug reactions,medication monitoring point analysis for coronary artery lesion,to develop a detailed monitoring program. ResuIts IVIG was used(1 g·kg—1 ,once a day)after the infant with fever 4 days,and the infant was absence of fever in 5th day. Then IVIG was continuously used. The infant was no further fever,and conjunctival hyperemia,throat congestion symptoms were relieved. The treatment of IVIG was effec-tive for the infant. ConcIusion Through the analysis of therapeutic schedule and pharmaceutical care,clinical pharmacists can integrate in clinical treatment team by educing the advantage of finding and solving problems of drug therapeutic action, and provide preferable pharmaceutical services for patients.
