目的：左氧氟沙星联合阿奇霉素治疗社区获得性肺炎的临床观察。方法本文选取我院于2010年1月～2011年12月收治的50例社区获得性肺炎患者，将其随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组采用左氧氟沙星联合阿奇霉素的治疗方式，对照组采用单独的左氧氟沙星的治疗方式，临床对比两组患者治疗结果。结果治疗组的总有效率为96.00%，痊愈率为56.00%，对照组的总有效率为80.00%，痊愈率为24.00%；两组各项结果对比差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论左氧氟沙星联合阿奇霉素对社区获得性肺炎患者的治疗过程实施有着很好的临床应用效果，能够减少患者的不良反应发生情况，缩短病程，值得在临床上推广应用。
목적：좌양불사성연합아기매소치료사구획득성폐염적림상관찰。방법본문선취아원우2010년1월～2011년12월수치적50례사구획득성폐염환자，장기수궤분위치료조화대조조，치료조채용좌양불사성연합아기매소적치료방식，대조조채용단독적좌양불사성적치료방식，림상대비량조환자치료결과。결과치료조적총유효솔위96.00%，전유솔위56.00%，대조조적총유효솔위80.00%，전유솔위24.00%；량조각항결과대비차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론좌양불사성연합아기매소대사구획득성폐염환자적치료과정실시유착흔호적림상응용효과，능구감소환자적불량반응발생정황，축단병정，치득재림상상추엄응용。
Objective Levofloxacin combined azithromycin in the treatment of community-acquired pneumonia clinical observation. Methods This article selects the hospital in January 2010~December 2011 were 50 patients with community-acquired pneumonia, it were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group with levofloxacin combined azithromycin treatment, control group adopts single levofloxacin treatment, clinical comparison results of two groups of patients. Results Treatment group total effective rate was 96.00%, the recovery rate was 56.00%, control group total effective rate was 80.00%, the recovery rate was 24.00%; The results of two groups all have significant difference (P<0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusion Levofloxacin combined process of azithromycin treatment in patients with community-acquired pneumonia has good clinical application effect of implementation, to reduce the adverse reaction of patients with what is happening, shorten the course of the disease, is worth popularization and application in clinic.
