目的：探析C反应蛋白（CRP）、血糖（GLU）与三酰甘油（TG）在急性胰腺炎急性期诊断中的应用价值。方法抽取来我院就诊的急性胰腺炎患者90例，其中包括重症胰腺炎40例分入SAP组，轻症急性胰腺炎患者50例分入MAP组，另选体检健康者50名作为健康对照组，采用全自动生化分析仪OLYMPUS-AU2700对三组人员的GLU、TG进行测定，CRP采用韩国BoditechMEDInc.生产的试剂盒进行检测，对测得的数据进行分析比较。结果 SAP组和MAP组的C反应蛋白（CRP）、血糖（GLU）与三酰甘油（TG）检测值明显升高，组间比较SAP组的三项检测值高于MAP组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），MAP组的三项测量值高于健康对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在急性胰腺炎急性期急性胰腺炎严重程度与C反应蛋白（CRP）、血糖（GLU）与三酰甘油（TG）的变化密切相关，因此三项检测值的高低可以用来评估急性胰腺炎的严重程度，并有临床指导治疗的价值。

목적：탐석C반응단백（CRP）、혈당（GLU）여삼선감유（TG）재급성이선염급성기진단중적응용개치。방법추취래아원취진적급성이선염환자90례，기중포괄중증이선염40례분입SAP조，경증급성이선염환자50례분입MAP조，령선체검건강자50명작위건강대조조，채용전자동생화분석의OLYMPUS-AU2700대삼조인원적GLU、TG진행측정，CRP채용한국BoditechMEDInc.생산적시제합진행검측，대측득적수거진행분석비교。결과 SAP조화MAP조적C반응단백（CRP）、혈당（GLU）여삼선감유（TG）검측치명현승고，조간비교SAP조적삼항검측치고우MAP조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05），MAP조적삼항측량치고우건강대조조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론재급성이선염급성기급성이선염엄중정도여C반응단백（CRP）、혈당（GLU）여삼선감유（TG）적변화밀절상관，인차삼항검측치적고저가이용래평고급성이선염적엄중정도，병유림상지도치료적개치。
Objective To probe into the C reactive protein (CRP), blood glucose (GLU) and three triacylglycerol (TG) in the diagnosis of acute stage of acute pancreatitis. Methods 90 patients with acute pancreatitis were selected to our hospital, including 40 cases of severe acute pancreatitis is divided into SAP group, mild acute pancreatitis and 50 patients were included in the MAP group, another 50 healthy persons as healthy control group, with automatic biochemical analyzer OLYMPUS-AU2700 on three groups of GLU, TG were measured, CRP kit adopts Korea BoditechMEDInc. production testing, analyzing and comparing the measured data. Results C reactive protein in SAP group and MAP group (CRP), blood glucose (GLU) and three glycerol (TG) detection was significantly increased, compared between the three groups test group SAP value higher than MAP group (P<0.05), three items of measurement values for the MAP group was higher than that of the healthy control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The reaction severity in acute phase of acute pancreatitis acute pancreatitis with C protein (CRP), blood glucose (GLU) and triglyceride (TG) three changes are closely related, so the three detection value can be used to assess the severity of acute pancreatitis, and guide clinical treatment value.
