随着竞争的激烈，当今社会愈来愈需要具备应用和实践能力在内的复合型的高素质的人才。产科护理是一门实用性很强的课程，产科又是一个专科性很强的科室，所以在临床教学过程中除了理论知识的传授和讲解之外，更为重要的是培养和提高以临床技能为重点的实践能力。通过培养、训练、加强学生的临床技能切实提高他们的临床实际工作能力。本文分为三个部分，首先介绍了临床技能的内涵；其次阐述了学生临床技能培养的影响因素；最后就产科护理教学中如何培养学生的临床技能谈了几点体会。

Along with the intense competition in today's society, more and more need compound with application and practice ability, high quality talent. Obstetric nursing is a very practical course, obstetrics is a specialized very strong department, so the process of clinical teaching in addition to the theoretical knowledge instruction and explanation, more important is to cultivate and improve the clinical skills as key to the practical ability. Through the training of clinical skills, training, to enhance the students to improve their clinical work ability. This paper is divided into three parts, first introduced the connotation of clinical skills;secondly expounds the factors that affect students' clinical skills training; finally, how to train the students' clinical skills teaching of obstetrical nursing had some experience.
