目的：对心衰患者的护理进行分析和探讨。方法以2013年6月～2014年6月在我院心内科收治的60例心衰病人为研究对象，进行随机分组，分为观察组与对照组各30例，观察组接受优质护理，对照组接受常规护理，护理时间均为6个月。评价指标为心功能指标左室射血分数（EF）、心排出量（CO）、心脏指数（CI）、每搏量（SV），生活质量指标躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质生活状态。结果观察组患者心功能指标EF、CO、CI、SV均明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组护理后生活质量评分显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论对心衰病人给予优质护理，护理效果显著，患者心功能明显改善，生活质量提高，在临床护理上有很高的应用价值。
목적：대심쇠환자적호리진행분석화탐토。방법이2013년6월～2014년6월재아원심내과수치적60례심쇠병인위연구대상，진행수궤분조，분위관찰조여대조조각30례，관찰조접수우질호리，대조조접수상규호리，호리시간균위6개월。평개지표위심공능지표좌실사혈분수（EF）、심배출량（CO）、심장지수（CI）、매박량（SV），생활질량지표구체공능、심리공능、사회공능、물질생활상태。결과관찰조환자심공능지표EF、CO、CI、SV균명현우우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）；관찰조호리후생활질량평분현저고우대조조（P＜0.05）。결론대심쇠병인급여우질호리，호리효과현저，환자심공능명현개선，생활질량제고，재림상호리상유흔고적응용개치。
Objective To care for patients with heart failure are analyzed and discussed. Methods June 2013 June 2014 60 cases of heart failure in patients admitted to our hospital Cardiology for the study, were randomized divided into observation group and control group 30 cases, the observation group to receive quality care, control group received routine care, nursing times are 6 months. Evaluation of cardiac function Left ventricular ejection fraction(EF)、Cardiac output(CO)、Cardiac index(CI)、Stroke volume(SV), quality of life measures physical function, psychological function, social function, material living conditions. Results EF cardiac function in patients in the observation group, CO, CI, SV were significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05)observation group after treatment quality of life score was significantly higher (P<0.05). Conclusion give quality care for patients with heart failure, nursing effect is significant, significant improvement in cardiac function, improved quality of life, there is a very high value in clinical care.
