目的：探究护患沟通在高血压患者临床护理中的应用体会；方法采用随机分组的方法，将2013年9月～2014年8月期间在我院专科门诊被确认为高血压的患者，分为对照组和观察组。其中观察组84例，对照组84例。其中对照组只采用常规药物进行治疗。而观察组在药物治疗基础上加以现代护患沟通手段进行治疗；结果对照组84例高血压患者与观察组84例股高血压患者通过治疗后对比发现，观察组的疗效显著，有着不良反应发生率低等优点相对恢复较快，而对照组则效果不明显，其结果差异具有统计学意义（x2=6.07，P＜0.05）；结论观察组护患沟通在高血压患者临床护理中的应用效果显著，因此其研究意义深远，值得更进一步在临床上推广和应用。

Objective To explore the application of nurse patient communication in clinical nursing of hypertensive patients experience;Methods Using a randomized method, will be 2013 September--2014 August period was confirmed as hypertension patients in specialist out-patient in our hospital, were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The observation group to modern nurse patient communication management based on drug treatment;Results In the control group, 84cases of hypertension patients and 84 cases in observation group shares in patients with hypertension by treatment was found, effect of the treatment effect of the observation group is significant, with adverse reaction rate are low relatively faster recovery, and a control group the effect is not obvious, the result has statistical significance (x2=6.07, P<0.05);Conclusion The observation group of nurse patient communication application significantly effect in clinical nursing the patients of hypertension, so its far-reaching significance, is worthy of further clinical popularization and application.
