目的：对中药汤剂与中药颗粒剂各方面的优劣之处进行盘点，并对两者的发展前景进行分析。方法结合目前对重要汤剂和中药颗粒剂的研究现状、两者在临床上应用的效果并结合生活实际对两者在药物储存、临床疗效、患者服用的方便性及价格等方面进行比较分析。结果中药颗粒剂和中药汤剂比较，除在临床疗效上的差异不明显外，在药物的储存及患者服用的方便性比较项目中均优于中药汤剂。但价格方面较高于中药汤剂。结论随着时代的发展，实际情况的不断变化，中药颗粒剂在未来临床治疗疾病时的应用空间要大于中药汤剂。
목적：대중약탕제여중약과립제각방면적우렬지처진행반점，병대량자적발전전경진행분석。방법결합목전대중요탕제화중약과립제적연구현상、량자재림상상응용적효과병결합생활실제대량자재약물저존、림상료효、환자복용적방편성급개격등방면진행비교분석。결과중약과립제화중약탕제비교，제재림상료효상적차이불명현외，재약물적저존급환자복용적방편성비교항목중균우우중약탕제。단개격방면교고우중약탕제。결론수착시대적발전，실제정황적불단변화，중약과립제재미래림상치료질병시적응용공간요대우중약탕제。
