目的：探究骨髓增生异常综合征（MDS-RA）及巨幼细胞性贫血（MA）诊断中骨髓形态检验的临床意义。方法采用随机分组的方法，将2013年7月～2014年8月期间在我院专科门诊接受骨髓形态检验的患者，分为对照组和观察组，其中观察组81例，对照组81例。其中两组均采用骨髓形态检验，且对比观察检验结果。结果对照组81例MDS-RA患者与观察组81例MA患者通过骨髓形态检验后对比发现，两组检查方式都有良好的效果。结论骨髓形态检验诊断MDS-RA及MA患者效果显著，有着不良反应发生率低等优点，值得应用于临床。
목적：탐구골수증생이상종합정（MDS-RA）급거유세포성빈혈（MA）진단중골수형태검험적림상의의。방법채용수궤분조적방법，장2013년7월～2014년8월기간재아원전과문진접수골수형태검험적환자，분위대조조화관찰조，기중관찰조81례，대조조81례。기중량조균채용골수형태검험，차대비관찰검험결과。결과대조조81례MDS-RA환자여관찰조81례MA환자통과골수형태검험후대비발현，량조검사방식도유량호적효과。결론골수형태검험진단MDS-RA급MA환자효과현저，유착불량반응발생솔저등우점，치득응용우림상。
Objective To explore the clinical significance of bone marrow morphology of MDS-RA and MA in the diagnosis of inspection.
