目的：探讨人性化护理在人工流产手术中的应用。方法选择2012年1月～2013年12月来我中心计划生育门诊接受人工流产患者96例，随机分成干预组和对照组各48例，对照组采用常规护理的方法，干预组采用常规护理与人性化护理结合的方法，把对照组与干预组的出血量、镇痛效果、PAAS发生率、药物不良反应等进行比较，对比较结果进行统计分析并得出结论。结果与对照组相比较，干预组具有镇痛效果较好差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）、药物不良反应发生率低、出血量少、人工流产综合征（PAAS）发生率低等优势。结论对人工流产进行个性化护理，可减轻患者的疼痛和其他不良反应，提高人工流产的安全性。
목적：탐토인성화호리재인공유산수술중적응용。방법선택2012년1월～2013년12월래아중심계화생육문진접수인공유산환자96례，수궤분성간예조화대조조각48례，대조조채용상규호리적방법，간예조채용상규호리여인성화호리결합적방법，파대조조여간예조적출혈량、진통효과、PAAS발생솔、약물불량반응등진행비교，대비교결과진행통계분석병득출결론。결과여대조조상비교，간예조구유진통효과교호차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）、약물불량반응발생솔저、출혈량소、인공유산종합정（PAAS）발생솔저등우세。결론대인공유산진행개성화호리，가감경환자적동통화기타불량반응，제고인공유산적안전성。
Objective To investigate the application of humanistic nursing care in the operation of induced abortion. Methods Select 2012 January~2013 December come to our center for family planning clinics received 96 cases of artificial abortion patients, were randomly divided into intervention group and control group with 48 cases in each group, the control group used conventional methods of nursing, intervention group used method combined with routine nursing and humanistic nursing, the control group and intervention group, amount of bleeding the analgesic effect, incidence of PAAS, drug adverse reaction were compared for statistical analysis of the results of the comparison, and draw a conclusion. Results Compared with control group, the intervention group has a better analgesic effect (P<0.05), the occurrence of adverse drug reaction rate is low, less bleeding, the incidence of PAAS low. Conclusion Personalized nursing for artificial abortion, can relieve the patient pain and other adverse reactions, improve the safety of artificial abortion.
