目的：探讨使用微创手术治疗子宫肌瘤后对患者的护理。方法选取在我院使用微创手术治疗子宫肌瘤的患者80例，随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组患者在手术后采用常规护理模式；观察组患者手术后采用综合护理并进行按期随访，比较两组对护理的满意度。结果比较两组患者对护理的满意度，观察组为（100%），明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论在微创手术治疗子宫肌瘤后采用综合护理，能有效的消除患者心中的不良情绪、缓解疾病带来的疼痛感，同时对提高患者在手术后的生活质量也有着重大影响。值得广泛推广和使用。

Objective To investigate the use after minimally invasive surgery fortreatment of uterine fibroids patient care. Methods In our hospital patientsusing minimally invasive surgery for treatment of uterine myoma in 80 cases,randomly divided into control and observation group, patients in the controlgroup after surgery the conventional mode of nursing study group patientscomprehensive care and regular follow-up after surgery, nursing satisfactioncompared between the two groups.
