维生素A（Vitamin A，VA）是人体必须的一类微量营养素，包括两种活性亚型：VA1（视黄醇，Retinal）和VA2（视黄醛，Retinue和视黄酸，Retinoic acid），以VA1为主。VA具有多方面的生理功能，在维持视力、免疫功能、生长发育、抑制肿瘤生长、改善贫血等方面发挥着非常重要的作用，本文旨在对VA的生理功能进行总结。
