目的：对手术室仪器设备的质量控制管理分析及对策进行研究。方法用回顾收集分析实验法，根据以往资料进行对比研究，对手术室仪器设备的质量控制管理进行调查和分析。结果经过调查分析发现，手术室仪器设备的质量控制管理主要与手术室仪器设备无定时检修与保养、操作和管理制度乏力、操纵人员非正确使用、医护人员责任心不强等有关。结论提高手术室仪器设备的质量控制管理，不断加强医护人员宣传责任意识，加强服务技术水平，完善服务流程，健全医院服务制度，增强药房专业技术水平。

Objective To study the quality control analysis and Countermeasures of management of operation room equipment;Methods Retrospective collection and analysis of experimental method, comparative study based on past data, quality control management of operation room instruments for investigation and analysis;Results Through investigation and analysis, quality control and the main operation room instruments and equipment operation room equipment maintenance and no timing, lack of power, operation and management system of operators of improper use, the medical care personnel responsibility is not strong and so on; Conclusion To improve the design quality control management of operation room instruments, strengthening propaganda of the sense of responsibility of medical staff, strengthen service technology level, improve the service process, improve hospital service system, enhance the pharmacy professional technology level.
