各个国家都在积极推行基于政府科技政策的医药行业科技规划发展战略，我国也希望产业政策的出台可以促进医药创新。本文采用数据包络分析（ DEA）评估法对我国2006~2011年医药科技政策的实施效果进行分析研究，指出目前我国医药产业已具备一定创新基础，并通过对发达国家医药科技政策的分析比较，得出对我国今后医药科技政策制定和实施的建议。

Each country is pushing the pharmaceutical industry planning and development strategy based on science and technology policy actively,China also hope industrial policy can promote pharmaceutical innovation. The article used DEA evaluation method to analyze the effectiveness of Chinese pharmaceutical science and technology policy from 2006 to 2011,presented that at present the pharmaceutical industry had a certain innovation base. And it concluded the suggestions of China pharmaceutical science and technology policy decision and implementation through the comparison of pharmaceuti-cal science and technology policy in the developed countries.
