目的：建立10批次大川芎片多波长融合高效液相色谱指纹图谱，在此基础上对大川芎片融合指纹图谱共有峰进行初步指认，构建大川芎片的全析指纹图谱为其全面的质量控制提供依据。方法采用高效液相色谱法对大川芎片进行检测，将不同波长下数据进行多波长融合得到10批大川芎片的融合指纹图谱，采用液质联用技术对融合指纹图谱中的共有峰进行初步结构鉴定。结果10批大川芎片融合指纹图谱共获得13个共有峰并与共有模式图相似度均＞0.92，其中8个共有峰得到指认。结论本文通过多波长融合技术手段及HPLC—MS分析方法建立大川芎片全析指纹图谱，为大川芎片主要成分的质量控制提供依据，为规范中药制剂及其合理使用奠定基础。

Pbjective To set up the multi—wavelength fusion HPLC fingerprint of 10 batches of the Dachuanxiong Tablets,common peaks were preliminary identified on that basis,building the total analyzed fingerprint in order to provide a base for the comprehensive quality controlling of the drug. Methods The fingerprint under different wavelength for ten bat-ches of Dachuanxiong Tablets were tested by HPLC — DAD and the active components was identified by HPLC —MS. ResuIts A HPLC fingerprinting pattern of 10 batches of the Dachuanxiong Tablets was set up based on multi—wave-length fusion,which demarcated 13 common peaks,8 of which were confirmed,the similarity was more than 0. 92 between the correlation coefficients of the 10 samples. ConcIusion In this article,with the method of multi—wavelength fusion and HPLC—MS,we established the total analyzed fingerprint of Dachuanxiong Tablets and provided the foundation for the quali-ty controlling of the tablets,which laying a foundation to regulate traditional Chinese medicine preparations and its reasona-ble application.
