本文综述了以药养医机制对医院合理用药的影响，通过数据深入分析当前医药卫生体制改革亟需解决的问题，提出了建立健全更加合理的药品价格形成机制、政府财政投入机制、补偿机制，逐步推行医药分业制度等措施，建议用更加合理的新机制取代以药养医的旧机制，促进医院合理用药。
本文綜述瞭以藥養醫機製對醫院閤理用藥的影響，通過數據深入分析噹前醫藥衛生體製改革亟需解決的問題，提齣瞭建立健全更加閤理的藥品價格形成機製、政府財政投入機製、補償機製，逐步推行醫藥分業製度等措施，建議用更加閤理的新機製取代以藥養醫的舊機製，促進醫院閤理用藥。

This paper reviews the influence of supporting doctors' profit from excessive drug expense to the rational use of drug in hospital. Data related to the current health care system reform which needed to be solved immediately were deeply analyzed, and the establishment of a more reasonable drug pricing system, government financial input and compensation system were proposed. Strategies such as separating pharmacy from medicine, with more rational ways to replace the old system which support doctors' profit from excessive drug expense were proposed, thus promote the rational use of drug in hospital.
