目的：探讨 SOX2在胃癌组织中的表达，分析 SOX2表达与临床病理特征的关系。方法收集120例胃癌患者的肿瘤标本，并选择其中20例的正常胃黏膜组织为对照，采用 PV-9000通用二步法测定 SOX2的表达情况，采用单因素分析方法评价 SOX2的表达与临床病理特征的关系。结果20例正常胃黏膜组织中 SOX2阳性例数19例，阳性率为95．00％；120例胃癌组织中 SOX2阳性例数86例，阳性率为71．67％。胃癌组织的阳性率明显低于正常胃黏膜阳性率（χ2＝18．326，P＜0．05）。SOX2表达与年龄和性别无显著关系（χ2＝2．394、1．387，均P＞0．05）。管状腺癌患者SOX2阳性表达率显著高于黏液腺癌患者、低分化癌患者的SOX2阳性表达率低于高分化癌和中分化癌患者、浆膜内浸润患者的SOX2阳性表达率高于侵出浆膜外患者、淋巴结无转移患者的SOX2阳性表达率高于淋巴结有转移者、Ⅰ＋Ⅱ期患者的 SOX2阳性表达率显著高于Ⅲ＋Ⅳ期患者（均P＜0．05）。结论胃癌患者 SOX2的阳性表达率较之正常胃黏膜组织明显降低；SOX2的阳性表达与肿瘤组织学类型、分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结是否有转移以及TNM分期有显著关系，可为胃癌的早期诊断提供一定的依据。

목적：탐토 SOX2재위암조직중적표체，분석 SOX2표체여림상병리특정적관계。방법수집120례위암환자적종류표본，병선택기중20례적정상위점막조직위대조，채용 PV-9000통용이보법측정 SOX2적표체정황，채용단인소분석방법평개 SOX2적표체여림상병리특정적관계。결과20례정상위점막조직중 SOX2양성례수19례，양성솔위95．00％；120례위암조직중 SOX2양성례수86례，양성솔위71．67％。위암조직적양성솔명현저우정상위점막양성솔（χ2＝18．326，P＜0．05）。SOX2표체여년령화성별무현저관계（χ2＝2．394、1．387，균P＞0．05）。관상선암환자SOX2양성표체솔현저고우점액선암환자、저분화암환자적SOX2양성표체솔저우고분화암화중분화암환자、장막내침윤환자적SOX2양성표체솔고우침출장막외환자、림파결무전이환자적SOX2양성표체솔고우림파결유전이자、Ⅰ＋Ⅱ기환자적 SOX2양성표체솔현저고우Ⅲ＋Ⅳ기환자（균P＜0．05）。결론위암환자 SOX2적양성표체솔교지정상위점막조직명현강저；SOX2적양성표체여종류조직학류형、분화정도、침윤심도、림파결시부유전이이급TNM분기유현저관계，가위위암적조기진단제공일정적의거。
Objective To investigate the expression of SOX2 in gastric carcinoma,and to ana-lyze the relationship between SOX2 expression and clinicopathological features.Methods Tumor specimens from 120 patients with gastric cancer were collected in this study.In addition,normal gastric mucosa tissues from 20 of the 120 patients were collected as the control.The expression of SOX2 was detected by using PV-9000 two-step method.The relationship between SOX2 expres-sion and clinicopathological features was evaluated by using univariate analysis.Results Among the 20 normal gastric mucosa specimens,19 were positive for SOX2.Among the 120 tumor speci-mens,86 were positive for SOX2.The positive rate of SOX2 expression in gastric cancer speci-mens (71.67%)was significantly lower than that in normal gastric mucosa specimens (95.00%) (χ2=18.326,P<0.05).SOX2 expression was not significantly correlated with the age and gen-der in patients with gastric carcinoma (χ2=2.394 andχ2=1.387,respectively;P>0.05).Com-pared with patients with mucinous adenocarcinoma,the positive rate of SOX2 expression increased in patients with tubular adenocarcinoma.Compared with patients with moderately or well-differ-entiated carcinoma,the positive rate of SOX2 expression decreased in patients with poorly differ-entiated carcinoma.Compared with patients with tumors invaded into the serosa,the positive rate of SOX2 expression decreased in patients with tumors invaded out of serosa.Compared with pa-tients with lymph node metastasis,the positive rate of SOX2 expression increased in patients without lymph node metastasis.Compared with patients with stageⅢ+Ⅳ gastric cancer,the pos-itive rate of SOX2 expression decreased in patients with stage Ⅰ+Ⅱ gastric cancer (all P<0.05).Conclusion The positive rate of SOX2 expression in gastric carcinoma is lower than that in normal gastric mucosa.The expression of SOX2 is correlated with histological type,differentiation degree,invasion depth,lymph node metastasis and TNM stage.Therefore,SOX2 expression pro-vides a basis for the early diagnosis of gastric cancer.
