目的：评价双心境稳定剂（丙戊酸钠缓释片和碳酸锂片）联合喹硫平片（思瑞康）治疗双相情感障碍躁狂发作的临床疗效与安全性。方法将100例双相情感障碍躁狂发作患者按随机数字表法分为研究组（n＝50）和对照组（n＝50）。研究组应用碳酸锂、丙戊酸钠缓释片以及喹硫平片治疗6周；对照组应用丙戊酸钠缓释片联合碳酸锂片治疗6周。治疗前及治疗后第1、2、4、6周分别采用Bech-Rafaelsen躁狂量表（BRMS）、不良反应量表（TESS）进行评分。结果研究组各时点有效率均高于对照组，其中治疗2、4周2组有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；研究组治疗后各时点BRMS分值与对照组比较均明显降低（P＜0．05）。研究组心动过速发生率显著高于对照组（P＝0．04），其余不良反应发生率2组比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）。结论双心境稳定剂联合喹硫平治疗双相情感障碍躁狂发作疗效好，安全性高。
목적：평개쌍심경은정제（병무산납완석편화탄산리편）연합규류평편（사서강）치료쌍상정감장애조광발작적림상료효여안전성。방법장100례쌍상정감장애조광발작환자안수궤수자표법분위연구조（n＝50）화대조조（n＝50）。연구조응용탄산리、병무산납완석편이급규류평편치료6주；대조조응용병무산납완석편연합탄산리편치료6주。치료전급치료후제1、2、4、6주분별채용Bech-Rafaelsen조광량표（BRMS）、불량반응량표（TESS）진행평분。결과연구조각시점유효솔균고우대조조，기중치료2、4주2조유효솔비교차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）；연구조치료후각시점BRMS분치여대조조비교균명현강저（P＜0．05）。연구조심동과속발생솔현저고우대조조（P＝0．04），기여불량반응발생솔2조비교차이무통계학의의（P＞0．05）。결론쌍심경은정제연합규류평치료쌍상정감장애조광발작료효호，안전성고。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of dual mood stabilizers(sodium val-proate sustained-release tablets and lithium carbonate tablets)combined quetiapine tablets(Sero-quel)in bipolar disorder patients with manic episode.Methods One hundred bipolar disorder pa-tients with manic episode were randomly treated with dual mood stabilizers alone(control group, n=50)or in combination with quetiapine tablets(study group,n=50)for 6 weeks.Clinical effica-cy was assessed using Bech-Rafaelsen Mania Scale(BRMS)and Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale(TESS)before and at 1,2,4 and 6 weeks after treatment.Results Compared with control group,combined treatment with quetiapine tablets significantly increased the efficacy at 2 and 4 weeks after treatment and decreased BRMS scores at all time points after treatment(P<0.05).In addition,the incidence of tachycardia in study group was significantly higher than that in control group(P=0.05).No significant differences in the incidence of other adverse reactions were found between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Dual mood stabilizers combined with quetiapine is effective and safe for manic episode in bipolar disorder patients.
