    胰腺导管内乳头状黏液肿瘤于1982年由Ohhashi等首次报道,IPMN系由主胰管或支胰管的柱状上皮细胞过度增生,并大量分泌黏蛋白所形成的肿瘤。

    Intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasm of the pancreas is a distinct entity characterized by intraductal papillary growth and thick mucous secre-tion, and was first described by Ohashi et al in 1980.
