类癌( carcinoid)是来源于神经内分泌细胞的肿瘤，其好发于胃肠道，因其缺乏特异性的临床症状，且临床上较为少见，容易漏诊、误诊，临床医师应当高度重视。本文结合直肠神经内分泌肿瘤1例，对其来源、临床特征、病理特征、诊断、治疗及预后进行回顾及文献复习。

Carcinoid is derived from neuroendocrine cells, its predilection sites of the gastrointestinal, because of lack of specific clinical symptoms and rare-ness in clinical, it is easy to misdiagnosis, and clinicians should attach great importance to it. This paper combined with one case of rectal neuroendocrine tumors, reviewed its origin, clinical features, pathologic features, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis from the literature.
