目的：比较单、多发性结直肠息肉患者的人群特征。方法选取2012年10月至2014年3月行电子结肠镜检查并经病理活组织检查（活检）确诊为结直肠息肉的患者为调查对象，根据息肉数目分为单发性息肉组和多发性息肉组，收集患者的性别、年龄、BMI、饮食习惯、个人生活方式、烟酒嗜好、疾病史、手术史、家族史等人群特征资料。应用多因素非条件 Logistic 回归分析人群特征与多发性结直肠息肉的相关性。结果共收集241例患者，年龄≥50岁（OR ＝3.75）、吸烟（OR ＝3.73）与多发性结直肠息肉呈正相关（P ＜0.05）。结论年龄≥50岁、吸烟为多发性结直肠息肉的危险因素。
목적：비교단、다발성결직장식육환자적인군특정。방법선취2012년10월지2014년3월행전자결장경검사병경병리활조직검사（활검）학진위결직장식육적환자위조사대상，근거식육수목분위단발성식육조화다발성식육조，수집환자적성별、년령、BMI、음식습관、개인생활방식、연주기호、질병사、수술사、가족사등인군특정자료。응용다인소비조건 Logistic 회귀분석인군특정여다발성결직장식육적상관성。결과공수집241례환자，년령≥50세（OR ＝3.75）、흡연（OR ＝3.73）여다발성결직장식육정정상관（P ＜0.05）。결론년령≥50세、흡연위다발성결직장식육적위험인소。
Objective To compare the population characteristics of patients with single and multiple colorectal polyps.Methods Patients diagnosed with colorectal polys by electronic colonoscopy and pathologi-cal examination (biopsy)between October,2012 and March,2014 were enrolled in this study.All cases were divided into single and multiple polyps groups.Patients’sex,age,body mass index,dietary habits,lifestyles, smoking,drinking,medical history,surgical history and family history were collected.Multivariate non-condi-tional logistic regression analysis was adopted to evaluate the correlation between these characteristics and mul-tiple polyps.Results A total of 241 patients were finally enrolled in this survey.Compared to single polyp, age≥50 years (OR =3.75)and smoking (OR =3.73)were positively associated with the incidence of multi-ple polys (P <0.05).Conclusion Age≥50 years and smoking are risk factors of the incidence of multiple colorectal polys.
